1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services

Kitchen Respray Pros provides kitchen renovation and installation services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project scope modifications. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work commences.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require:

• 30% deposit upon contract signing
• 40% at project midpoint
• 30% upon project completion

Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or check. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, material availability, or changes in project scope. We will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Warranties

All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from project completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials and appliances are passed on to the client. Any warranty claims must be reported in writing.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If cancellation occurs before work begins, a 50% refund of the deposit will be provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kitchen Respray Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
